"A panicked call to IQ Plumbing and Louie sent someone around almost immediately. Talk about service!!! Unfortunately, the drain wasn't only blocked. There was something else causing the problem. Louie himself came out that afternoon while it was raining and used his mini camera to locate the problem in about 45 minutes. It was fantastic. What could have taken days to find, took minutes with no unnecessary labour costs and no backyard completely dug up!!! That was 18 months ago and the problem has not returned. We now get Louie to look after everything for us – they even clean and check gutters yearly, advising if and when they need repair. Louie even arranged for someone to reseal our leaking balcony.
